This should really be advised as a novella or short story, and the marketing gives no indication of that. So if you‘re expecting a full novel you‘ll probably be disappointed by this. But I searched Libby for erotica on a whim and this just popped up so I wasn‘t really expecting anything and I found it really satisfying. It was definitely hot, and the plot was contemporary romance fantasy fulfillment in the most classic and unrealistic sense.

This novella is HOT! I love Sylvia Day. Years ago I had the chance to sit a panel with her at a writing conference. Amazing person. The fact she crafts amazing hero‘s and sassy heroines you fall in love with is a mad skill! Highly recommend this holiday read. #sylviaday

Sylvia Day is always a fun read. She is great with romance and erotica that has a storyline that is fun and entertaining. This one includes some paranormal stuff that made it super interesting and made me think of the Fever series which I love.

Day 20: Favorite romance book

Bared to You is the first book in the Crossfire novels written by Sylvia Day. There are a lot of similarities between this series and the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy, but these books are so much better. Eva and Gideon are inseparable no matter what they go through and that kind of passion and love is somewhat rare now. It's refreshing, seriously steamy, and kind of kinky. 😉
