Weekly check-in for #BFCr3 #BFC! It was tough this week but we survived! I struggled with some body image issues, some medication withdrawals, tackled the first day of school and kicked the ass of a couple of 12 hour work days!

🐰Step goal not so great... had some issues with my ankles but #TeamNamaste gave great support and wisdom to help me through that
