I did a good job hitting and staying focused on my September goals. #BFC2022 October goals are to help reinforce the positive changes I‘ve made.

I consistently hit my goals in August. For September, I‘ve adjusted my:
⭐️ sleep goal to get on a schedule
⭐️ reading goal to complete my #BookSpin & #DoubleSpin books
⭐️ exercise goal by increasing the number of days
⭐️ food goal to consume less sugar
July really got away from me. I got the bingos and meditated consistently. The others were misses. So… August will be a reboot month for me.
January was not great fitness wise, so I‘m keeping the same goal for February. I have no good reason other than I‘m lazy.
I was moderately successful with my bookish goals. I read 6/10 January releases. My goal for February is to read my BOTM pick. It‘s way outside my comfort zone but the only one that looked decent to me.

Just checking in to share my happiness! I am down 3.3 lbs.! My diet is working! I have also been walking every day - just 20 minutes but that‘s all I‘m supposed to walk on this diet. Reading has been going well but not fantastic. I‘ve been distracted figuring out what I can eat. Yay! 🎉 Thanks for giving me a place to share.

This month I am doing the #BookSpin the first time. I will read at least 10 books.
Also I am doing a fundraiser to walk 30 miles this month to earn donations for the American Cancer Society. So I'll be doing a mile a day.

This was a bit of an off week for my #bookfitnesschallenge #BFCR3. I‘m on track with my book goal, mostly hit my physical fitness goals, almost completed my spiritual practice goal, and crapped out on my nutrition goals. There was a lot of extra food out at work this week & two birthday parties today...and I kinda gave up on no sugar in my tea.😔I got tired of not enjoying my morning tea! Really, I need to find a natural sweetener that I like.⤵️
I changed up my goals from round 2 for #BFCR3 though I did keep the steps. I did adjust the walking goal down a bit because some weeks I struggled to get any walks in. So hopefully I can get closer to making these a habit. Then I added a few unplug sessions a night basically to get me off my computer and make sure I get some guaranteed reading time in 😂

I met my walking goal of 12 miles and read three more books to get to 14 books read. So I've passed my goal of 12 books.
I also signed up for #bfcr3 today and set my new goals! I'm going for 15 miles/wk and 15 books next time around.

I hit my step count 2 days which is about where I was before I went on vacation. Hoping to do even better this week and the cooler weather should help me get outside more. I also did get a few short walks in.
I‘d finished an audiobook for the week, and I think it actually got me to my 4 book goal. I‘m definitely continuing on though

Didn‘t have field hockey this week, so didn‘t make my goal this week. I did go for a run Thursday night, it felt really good.
Finished 1 book this week for 7/10 books.

Week 2 Check-in - I was in Portland, ME from Wednesday night to Saturday night, so got a lot of city walking/exploring done! I did do some running before I left for the trip, but then only walked at the end of the week.
Finished 1 audiobook, 1 Comic and 2 books!

#BFCr2 week 1 check in. 5/18 books completed. I think I‘m going to have to up this. Yoga 7/7 with Thursday‘s session done at the library. Cardio (treadmill) 7/7. This was a good week. Next week might be iffy. 🤷🏻♀️
My final totals for #BFC round 1. I‘m proud of myself. Added bonuses have been a ton more energy and weight loss. I‘m not sure exactly how much weight but my clothes are a hell of a lot more comfortable. Thanks @wanderinglynn for hosting. Can‘t wait for round 2.
Here‘s my final check in. Photo is of the new trail I discovered like 3 miles from my house.
I lost motivation to run after I came back from vacation. I‘m hoping round 2 will help me reset.
My goal was to run 3 miles a week. I walked between 4-7 a week, so at least I stayed active!
Finished 6/6 books.
Week 5 I had 92 points.
Week 6 - I should earn 24 points for finishing everything, for a total of 116 points.

Signed up for round two! I fell behind with my goals this time cause of my ankles, but they‘re healing great, feeling a lot better. I‘m going to give it one more week of rest to make sure they‘re truly better and then I‘ll be going again. Excited for this round!

It‘s been an exhausting 2 days!! We‘ve been nonstop since we woke up Sunday morning! Biking, walking, exploring.
You think you‘re in shape from running for 4 weeks, but biking the island with all these hills, it‘s exhausting!! I don‘t want to have to sit on a bike for like 2 weeks! 😂
It‘s raining now, so we are finally relaxing, drinking wine and reading.

Some good news, my doctor released me to physical therapy, so I‘m weaning off the boot. A small step goal or other exercise may be coming soon. I‘m calling PT on Monday. 💙💙

I just want to say thank you everyone for your support at the beginning of the week. I didn‘t realize how extremely difficult I am until then, but I appreciate everyone‘s suggestions on alternative ways to get exercise.
Tomorrow is looking rainy, but the weekend looks like it‘s gonna be great weather! It might even be 80° Monday!

#BFC check in!! I was on a social media lock down yesterday for the holiday, but I did get a 2 hour walk in!! Today, walk and yoga!! And my fitbit works again, yay!!!!

I of course got hurt at field hockey Wednesday night, so it really hurts to bend my knee and run. So I‘m resting it until tomorrow when I‘ll try and start running again!
Today I will be doing house work and if the rain holds off, walking the dog at lunch time. Oh and listening to my audiobook! Hoping to finish it today!
