Honestly my favorite book of all time. Lost count of how many readings! Just shelve any apprehensions and read it! You‘ll have a new hero

Screenshot from Books in the Freezer insta-reel. A hilarious annotation inspired by if Lestat was written during GRWM popularity.
Annotation reads: Hey guys, welcome back to my YouTube channel.
#doublespin done! Another reread of the vampire chronicles and I enjoyed this! A lot of reviews mention it being rambly but I always quite enjoy Anne Rice‘s little philosophical diversions… and I bloody love Lestat and how much he loves himself 😆
This also fits into #promptmaze as a dubious ‘glow-up‘ (body swapping!) - could also have been categorised as make up or break up honestly but glow up felt most appropriate!

A white stack of books to welcome Winter! ❄️
I‘m following the challenge 🙌😃 #decemberdreams So much fun as always!
What are your plans for this winter? What are you reading?

I can always rely on Rice for an immersive experience. This one is a delight that I never wanted to put down. Be mindful of trigger warnings here though.
#scarathlon reading plans out the window as soon as I came across The Queen of the Damned on tv. I just couldn‘t turn it off. Definitely calling for a reread!

Queen of the Damned - a movie based off a book! Bonus points, I also want to try out that (not pictured here) new Interview w/ Vampire TV series.
I am excited to revisit some classics this year, plus a few I am seeing on Netflix and Hulu that are new. We Have A Ghost look hilarious and perfect to get into that Halloween mood.
It's 8AM and I'm thinking about A “fun“ story from college.
It was my first Lit. Course and the Prof. Was very pressed when I was reading this book (she thought it was trashy) that she gave me a bunch of adult fiction that I ended up giving away. Titles included the Kite Runner and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. There was not a single book there that kept my attention.
Moral of the story: let people read whatever they want. They know better.
