Being read by Michelle made it even better. I wasn't expecting to be able to relate to her, yet I did - the juggling between working and being a mum and trying to have your interests. It felt genuine and I found the end inspiring.

First book drop of 2019 tomorrow, I have 5 brand new copies of this to hide in the South Wales Valleys (they are being hidden all over the UK). Looking forward to reading it myself too!

Reading this in the bath today. It's not what I expected, it's much more a historical book than just about different women. Really good so far, I feel like I'm learning a lot

I have to be honest, I was disappointed by this. It's readable, but lacks something I can't quite identify. Took me ages to finish it because it never quite gripped me. Maybe it's better for young adult readers than older adults.

My first Terry Prachett book. I've tried the Long Earth series but felt something was lacking, so asked for the Discworld books for Christmas. This was much more what I wanted, the right level of surreal but well written so is readable without being ridiculous
