Going to start reading this book next!
I really enjoyed this fascinating book about one of New York‘s greatest female detective and lawyer. For me is was all the more fascinating because my paternal grandparents were alive during this (but they were in Massachusetts not New York) so it was neat to make that connection that maybe they had heard about this story. Grace Humiston‘s contributions to society were almost lost to history if it weren‘t for Brad Ricca! Highly recommend it
So I have chosen to start reading this intriguing book. If anyone‘s read it let me know if you liked it or not and why! (But PLEASE, no spoilers!)
Loved this book! I found it to be an easy read and the characters and story very fun/delightful! I love Neil Gaiman‘s stories, they are so creative and the worlds are so fantastical I have to wonder where he gets his inspiration from. Now into my next book!
Finally found some books I had been looking for/forgot I had from one of my literature classes in college!! Adding these to my re read pile
Loving this book so far! I am a Gaiman fan and was happy to have had someone give me a copy. Will update with an actual full review once I finish it
I loved this book! So many little nuggets of wisdom I thought, feel like I need to re read it to better absorb it! It was a quick read too, and the story and harassers were great!
