Bird Box: A Novel | Josh Malerman

I watched the movie on Netflix and loved it. Then I found out it is a book so I bought it. Omg! I now hate the movie! There are so many things that were changed for the movie script. I‘m almost halfway through this book now and it‘s so hard to put it down so I can get back to work!

FantasyDreams @Jennick2004 the book is sssoooo much better. It explains things better than the movie. Plus there are (so far that I‘ve read) so many scenes in the movie that didn‘t happen in the book. It‘s almost like they changed it for time reasons. (Which I think movies should never do. They should just make multiples parts IMO). 5y

marleed I read the book immediately following the movie and thought back to the movie as an interactive experience where the movie went another direction. I preferred the kids‘ movement in the book but I really did prefer Sandra Bullocks‘ badassness in the movie! 5y
