pickI really enjoyed this read. There were a few times I had to put the book down to do some research, which makes me love a book more! I wasn‘t around for the 70‘s, but let me tell you what an unsettling time to be alive with murderers. Awesome thriller! Thank you @LeahBergen 💜📖

Ok, I‘m liking this book so far BUT, if I were a book eater I can‘t see myself starting with the spine of a book. You know that feeling when something is off-centre and you need to fix it, or when a crease is in the wrong spot... That itchy feeling when your socks heel and toe are in the wrong position on your foot. That‘s how the book eating is feeling to me 😬

so-soI was looking forward to this book but was a little disappointed. I felt the book was more about the development of the World‘sFair and not as much about H. H. Holmes(which is why I bought it). I found his chapters interesting and wanting more, but VERY short. Learned some neat historical facts, so was not a complete loss.
