My grandmother gave me this book for Christmas and I now regret waiting so long to read it. It was such an inspiring story and I recommend it to everyone

So back story. My friends are all dying to see this movie and I refused to watch it until I finished the book, so I've spent the past 3 days devowering this book and wow. That was a ride. I really loved most of it, especially that the romance didn't completely take over (the chapters that it did I kinda hated), but there were some parts that I believe weren't really the best.
Regardless, I can't wait to see Spielberg's adaption of it!
This is the story of a school shooting in a small town where everybody knows everyone. It's heart-wrenching and disastrous and loving and caring all the same time. And it all happens within 54 minutes.
It took me forever to get through this book simply because it was so fast-paced and action-packed that I kept having to put it down and just digest everything that happened. But I would be lying if I said I wasn't crying by the end.
So I'm reading this book for my English class and Iago is literally the worst! He's constantly lying and manipulating people and he makes me so mad!
I pre-ordered this in the summer and I totally forgot about it until I checked the mail this morning 😂😂 nothing better than some surprise book mail
Although I am almost done with this book, this quote from the beginning continues to stick with me.
I absolutely loved this book. From the first sentence to the last word, I knew that this would be a book that would stick with me for a long time. John‘s way of showing how mental health can affect people‘s physical lives was amazing and I wish there was more out there like it.
For anyone out there debating on reading this book, I highly recommend doing so.
I absolutely adore the way this play begins and I can‘t wait to read the rest of the play!
My copy finally came today!!!
The art in this book is absolutely beautiful 💙
I've never actually done one of these so here it goes:
Apple 🍎

Haunted house 👻
Apple cider
Corn maze 🌽
Bonfire 🔥
Marching band 🎺

I have been meaning to read this ever since I first saw the cover (I'm such a sucker for a beautiful cover) and I'm finally getting around to it. I enjoyed Everything Everything more than i thought i would so I have high hopes for this 😊
Rithmatists have the power to bring chalk drawings to life, but unfortunately for Joel, he is not a rithmatist. However, when the rithmatist students at his school begin to go missing, Joel takes it upon himself to help solve the case.
This was such a beautiful book. I loved all the characters and the world was just beautiful. I highly recommend it.
I just realized how long it's been since I posted on here. But some of my comics came in the mail today and I'm so excited to get to read them
This book is absolutely insane in the best way. I've never read anything like it
I absolutely adored this book and I may or may not have a crush on Riden 💙 Now it's time to impatiently wait until February for the sequel 😩
I was kinda surprised I enjoyed this as much as I did because I usually avoid books that have to do with hiding secrets. I tend to find it annoying when a character has to spend so much time hiding things when many of they're problems are solved with the truth. However, this book did a very good job with that and I didn't find it hindering to the story at all. It was an all around good book and I found myself unable to put it down.
The Boy in the Striped Pajamas is the story of two boys who found themselves on opposite sides of a fence.
I thought I'd cry my way through this book, but quite the opposite happened. It was almost as if the whole story was though foggy glass and I couldn't really feel anything. This whole book was just an odd experience for me.
However, my hands were shaking by the end.
A story about two families who can jump into books and are tasked with protecting them, plus a beautiful cover. What's not to love?
I've seen many mixed reviews about this book but I'm really excited to read it. It sounds like such an amazing story.
Honestly, I'm not really sure how I feel about this.
The art was beautiful, but the story left me with more questions than anything.
However, I can say that I definitely liked it better than the original Civil War. I mostly just read this to follow a few characters that I enjoy though.
The comics I ordered finally came! Plus I went to the library today and picked up Civil War II and The Flash so I'd say today has been a pretty great day
As someone who's thinking about going into computer science, I was super excited when I found this book and just had to have it. And let me tell you it definitely hasn't disappointed. I'm only about half way through and their story is so amazing and inspirational.
I've read many mixed reviews about this book but I really enjoyed it. It continually flips back and forth between Tea's past and present. I usually don't really like things like that but this time it only made it more interesting. There were so many differences between her then and now personalities that I can't wait for the sequel to find out what made her the way she is now. (Plus the cover is absolutely beautiful)
Then perhaps we should carve a world one day where the strength lies in who you are rather than in what they expect you to be.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
(I actually finished this book a few months ago but I haven't been on and I really wanted to share what this book means so me)
I have to say this was one of the best books I've ever read, mainly just because of the way it made me feel. Never have I had a book make me feel so deeply. When reading this book it felt so real. Realer than anything I'd ever read, realer than reality. And, for some reason, it was the best feeling in the world
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I don't usually read non fiction books simply because I have always felt that it is more interesting to read about other worlds instead of the one I live in. However, the story of the Walls kids was enough to pull me in and wanting more. I found it amazing how they were able to prosper after all they had been through and they inspire me to make the best of the life I have.
"Things usually work out in the end."
"What if they don't."
"That just means you haven't come to the end yet."
