Give me all the sci-fi and fantasy, with a side of classics. I want to read a book from every country in the world. Anything with time travel is a-ok

Mehso-so

I was looking forward to this but found it a bit 'meh' I think it was aimed more as a contemplative thinkpiece, and a book to be analysed, and I was expecting a proper story

Pickpick

Up in the air about this one, parts of it were brilliant, well realised and imaginative, but I think the author was let down by her editor, who needed to give her better direction about how to structure and pace it 3/5 stars with an option for a fourth on a re-read #fairytale #russia #3/5

Pickpick

Re-reading this great, funny book. Brilliant Ex-architect Bernadette has a breakdown in Seattle, narrated by a series of letters, emails and first person narrative of her gifted daughter Bee

Surely the queen of sci-fi, Ursula LeGuin reminds us that anthropology, political science and psychology make just as good sciences to tell stories with as the hard sciences #lefthandofdarkness #scifi #leguin #love

Starting off the summer reading with last summers must read that I never got round to!
It's got an interesting style to it and I'm excited to see if it manages to eke out any suspense

DebinHawaii Welcome to Litsy!! 🎉📚👍😀 This one got pretty mixed feedback on Litsy but I enjoyed it. A good read for summer! 7y
