I was blown away by how well my secret Santa was able to pick books for me! Two of these were ones I was planning on buying soon, and a third is written by my favorite author. I had a very Merry Christmas!

so-soInteresting entrance to a world I am now curious about. However, this book moves pretty slowly. Very little actually "happens" within the scope of this first part of the series, and I left feeling pretty unmoved.
