This is the story of a brilliant woman and physicist who ultimately received no credit for the theories that made Einstein famous. What is so great about this story (aside from the writing) is that women's struggle to balance a home life with a strong career remains a pertinent subject today. The story is in many ways a cautionary tale about giving up passion for a career for a mundane home life. This version is possible, but it is fiction!

LOVED THIS. As a Gilmore Girls mega fan, and as someone who already finished the new episodes, Lauren Graham reading to me was the icing on the cake for my Gilmore Gils deprived self. She is so fabulous to listen to, so genuinely funny, and I learned a lot about her life as an aspiring actress as well. 👍🏻👍🏻

"Good and evil are a great deal more complex than a princess and a dragon..."

This book was not what I expected, and took a long time for things to happen. It was vague in purpose, but descriptive in physical detail.

Beautiful. This read like one long poem that I feel like I already have to reread. It's about memory, childhood, and loss. One of the few books I have read easily in one sitting. Woodson is a true artist.

This was so good! Thanks to the #BookRiot podcast, All the Books, I learned about this gem and quickly got my copy. Couldn't put it down. Loved the writing and the characters, and I'm excited to read the next in the series!

Really liking the audiobook. It started out a little rocky for me, but ultimately it kept my interest and I plan on reading the rest!

For a 500+ page book, The Time Traveler's Wife doesn't have that much character development, and I didn't find myself caring so much for the protagonists. I made it though the book purely to find out what happens in the end!

Surprisingly funny with a lot of substance. Amy Schumer does not shy away from serious subjects including: rape culture, domestic violence, her father's disease etc. She is honest and real. Her reading her own book was a major plus 👌

Not the biggest fan. I'm very glad today's humor is not as it was in 1899... #readingforschool #earnestvsernest

Beautiful writing. The language and the characters are what you must enjoy; this is not a plot driven novel. I can't wait to see what Danler writes next.

I appreciate the overall message of the book, but I felt it got pretty repetitive and at times pretty dull. My expectations were very different.

It's so hard for me to find an audiobook that I like with a narrator I can listen to for hours. This one is awesome👍👍

Witty and romantic with great characters and a jump in time frames, my only real critique is that at points this novel can be a bit predictable. That being said I will definitely pick up the sequel anyway.
