This is my first Jennifer Ryan book and it was emotional and heartbreaking and I basically ugly cried for 80% of this book. I love that the heroine didn't run back to the hero after he rescued her and she discovered he was undercover and lied to her. I'm definitely going to read the previous book in this series and I can't wait for the next book!

This is my first Jill Shalvis book and it won't be my last! The nostalgia in this book is just ❤❤❤❤
Also, Lexie is hilarious! And John is such a Papa Bear! And Georgeanne had the perfect character development in a book!

Rating: 🌟🌟🌟🌟

This book spoke to me on all levels. This book wasn't as emotional as Wait for You, Be with Me reminded me of my own HEA. This is surprisingly an awesome Christmas read! The last scene alone is priceless!

I wish this book was written in 2 POVs because Jase's actions felt abrupt and uncalled for at times.

This book gutted me and ticked all the right boxes for me. I was bawling while reading this book. I'm also not a fan of the slow burn romance but this was done really well, I ended up giving it 5/5 stars!

Perhaps one of the best audiobooks I listened to, Graceling transported me to another world! I love that this is a standalong novel, although the 3rd book, Bitterblue is set years after the end of Graceling.

It's an awesome book fullnof magic, adventure, and one kick-ass heroine!

I was surprised that I enjoyed Fangirl. I did not fangirl, though LOL but I felt thatbit read too young for me. Also, the romance was weird.

This is probably an unpopular opinion but I didn't really enjoy this book. Yes, it is still masterfully written and has amazing characters but there are things that Tamsin did that I found iffy.

I also picked up the second book in the series, A Court of Mist and Fury and I ended up DNFing it.

Sebastian St. Vincent is a fan favorite but I still didn't warm up to him! I love Evie but not St. Vincent. The Wallflowers series is still my favorite Lisa Kleypas series.

Secret Ways | Kat Martin

This is the book that introduced me to the "modern" Regency Historical romance. Secret Ways features a heroine who is a demimonde and an aristocrat masquerading as a servant to go undercover to find a traitor. I absolutely love that this is about deception between out hero and heroine. Their HEA is well earned and the villain came out of nowhere! Plus that wedding fight scene? My heart almost stopped!

I love that this book is set in New York Town in Colonial America! That is such a refreshing setting for a historical romance!

And of course, our heroine is claiming to be the wife of our hero who has amnesia!

Christy2318 I'm looking forward to this one! 8y

Saying goodbye to Vlad and Leila is bittersweet. I loved their HEA and also sad that this will be their last book.

Fortunately, we get a new series starring Ian! So YAZZ to more spin off series and I HOPE to more of my favorite vamp power couple, Cat and Bones!

Into the fire really wrapped up the series well. The villain is really interesting and not who you are expecting.

BTW, LISTEN to the FANTABULOUS audio read by the amazing Tavia Gilbert!

Gabriel St. Vincent, son of Evie and Sebastian (now Duke of Kingston), is the hero in Devil in Spring. And he is absolutely the right man for our Pandora, who has ADD. I mean, their first meeting had me cracking up!
I loved Pandora. She is so delightful and charming and just the perfect (not perfect) heroine! I love how Lisa Kleypas created Pandora. She WAS NOT annoying in the least!
I can't wait for Dr. Gibson's story!! 😍

Has anyone seen Fantastic Beasts and and where to Find Them yet? I thought it was pretty good at about 85-90% 😉

I also got the original screenplay! The cover is just gorgeous and I love the gold foil lettering!

Although I gave this a 4/5 (because of the ending), I thought this book was unnecessarily long and I felt like this is a filler book to lengthen the whole series. I think some of the parts were not really needed.

That being said, Lysandra and Elid blew me away!

This is one of the best macabre books I read this year! I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Rated it 4.5 stars because I knew who Jack the Ripper was... but the characters and the mystery was very well done! ALSO Audrey Rose was amazing!

I'm still not sure what I think about Cursed Child. At this point, I am abandoning err putting it on hold for now.. Maybe I need to reread the whole series first before I can appreciate Cursed Child. #HarryPotter #CursedChild

I will have to say this again and again. Lisa Kleypas knows how to write non-aristocratic characters! Marrying Winterborne did not disappoint! I was initially apprehensive going into this book because of what Rhys did in Cold-Hearted Rake, but he ultimately redeemed himself! Helen also turned out to be quite a strong woman! I love the character transformations here, and of course, the romance! #AvonAddicts #AvonRomance #LisaKleypas

The prologue alone destroyed me! This is an awesome book of survival and finding love. Featuring non-aristocratic main characters, the heroine is an actress while the hero is an assassin sent to kill her. This is the best book of the series, so far!
