The 8th installment, 𝐁𝐚𝐝 𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫, published on July 23, 2024, can, like the other volumes, be enjoyed as a standalone novel. 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗺 knew he would revisit 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 but 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀 is a departure, a “pure murder mystery“ - the crime isn't solved until the end & Grisham “thought it was time to kill off a writer,“ rather than lawyers/judges. Bookseller Bruce Cable & his pals are “grown-up Hardy boys,“ their banter frequently hilarious. It's an entertaining story replete with shocking twists.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐
