Readers meet twin sisters during occupied Netherlands then to Hollywood during the Red Scare.

The writing and storyline are beautiful as always with Ms. Saab‘s books.

THE STAR SOCIETY did take a bit of warming up to start, but the story ultimately will capture the attention of historical fiction fans and fans of Hollywood and you won‘t want to stop reading.5/5

Oh my gosh. This is a book you won‘t want to miss if you read thrillers.

The main characters are simply evil and clever.

You will despise them as they continue to foil the police as they always have done and as they carry out their evil deeds.

You won‘t be able to put the book down. 5/5

What a fun cozy thriller.

Bookstore owner Madeline and her friend Gloria were digging up the front lawn of the store to plant some roses and hit a skull.

Gloria is arrested for the murder just because she and the person buried had fought that same day, but Madeline KNOWS she didn‘t do it.

A delightful read with quirky characters. 5/5

Rebecca knocks at the door of the first house she sees and asks to come in out of the rain.

Rory lets her in. She stays claiming she has lost her memory.

Has she really lost her memory?

Suspense and mystery along with great characters and a good storyline.

It is just a bit long, though, and has a tiny bit of science fiction. 5/5

How did Erin get herself into this situation?

She should have listened to her instincts and the voice of her mother and friend Lucy about rich guys.

Lots of secrets and lies in this mystery that asks these two questions: “Is it worth marrying a rich man, and who can you trust?”

A little slow and confusing at times, but it‘s worth the read, and the ending line is great. 4/5
