I loved this book. I love how much thought and effort George puts into creating this world for us readers. Now onto A Dance With Dragons

Good in the beginning but felt like it went on for a bit too long

I loved this book. It made the expedition to find this “lost city” incredibly understandable and exciting. As I was reading I would get so excited when they found something that could be related to this city. I cannot wait to do some further digging into this story. Highly recommend.

This book is everything good and wonderful about the PJO world. Apollo is a fantastic narrator and his fourth wall breaking is wonderful.

This book definitely has more of a fanfic vibe but it's still pretty great.

This book was just okay. The writing was good but the story was lacking. The devil had very little to do with the white city. And quite frankly the book focused much more on the white city than the devil, which was disappointing.

Josie I read this a few years back and felt exactly the same way!!! I was expecting more of a story about the "devil" and not the history of the city! I was very disappointed. 8y

This book is supposed to be about a serial killer operating during the world fair. But so far there is a significant lack of serial killer and an excessive amount of detail about the people who are building the fair.
