1. Groggy, just waking up. It takes a little awake time for my head to clear.
2. I'm going to a presentation on pressure canning beans today. Ridiculously looking forward to it. 😀
I just finished The Midnight Library. It was a slow start for me but once I realized it was all about your mental health it became quite powerful to me. I am going to buy a used copy to highlight the heck out of it.

1. Anxious, stressed, tired and still sick. Hubby is having migraine infusions this week for the first time.

2. I plan to get more rest, binge Only Murders in the Building with my daughter & read.

shortsarahrose Good luck to your husband! I get infusions to treat my Crohn‘s disease and they aren‘t that bad, though I was really nervous at first. Hydrating well before helps. 3d

1) I‘m ok today. Feel like last week‘s funk is dissipating. Had a good walk this morning, did some chores and got groceries. Ready to start the week.
2) Daily walks, lots of pug snuggles, lunch with a friend and hubby is home for the next ten days.

1. After washing four (or was it five?) loads of laundry yesterday and the day before, today I turned my attention to organizing. I found a bag of “stuff” that contained, among other things, a pen and post-it pad from the Qatari government that I must have picked up at some event. I happily threw them in the trash.
2. Organizing and getting things done gives me a sense of accomplishment that helps my mental health. #mentalhealthmonday

1. Overall, rather anxious and disregulated. Having a hard time focusing on much at all. But the sun is shining, so that's something.

2. Binge watching Taskmaster Series on YouTube. There is very little that makes me cry tears of joyous laughter as readily as that.

My apologies for asking the same questions two weeks in a row. They‘re the only ones that came to mind.

1. Mixed feelings as usual. Sad & angry about the state of the country. Happy it‘s a good day for gardening. Happy my husband has the day off & we‘re spending it together.
2. I‘m focusing on what I can control.

CatLass007 1) I have a consultation with the surgeon tomorrow about the surgery that needs to be done on my stomach. While I am not looking forward to it, by any means, I do anticipate that my questions will be answered. Ask me again on Wednesday how I am (cont)⬇️ 3d
CatLass007 feeling. 2) I am working very hard not to worry about something that‘s coming up when the surgery hasn‘t even been scheduled yet. I‘m working very hard not to worry anyway, but turn to my faith in God for comfort. I am concerned, which I think is reasonable, but worry is not a particularly healthy emotion. 3d
CatLass007 Hey Kerry! I love that even when you feel crappy that you take the time to post these. It‘s not unimaginative to ask “How are you feeling?” if you actually care and want to know the truth. Waaaay too many people ask “how are you?” but just want to hear “fine.” Why bother to ask if you don‘t want to know? But you do want to know.❤️❤️❤️ No apologies for repeating yourself are necessary. 2d
