pickI don't think I've cared about the characters in a novel as much as I cared about some of these. And it would take unexpected directions that kept me really engaged. This is another book I was sent by Malaprops, back in November.
I hit three big work deadlines today, so my reward to myself is the afternoon off, just the books and me.

November's "Homeward Bound" paperback original from Malaprop's - I don't know this author or publisher so that's a win/win!
pickSerious Hannah Lee. She is the center of a tragedy, the link between two sad families. it was a surprose where this book took the reader. I love that Claudine at School, the Collette novel, was an important to the story. I read all of those Claudine books when I was in high school.
