This is Ziggy after we took him for a long walk one day. I share this picture because it‘s how I felt after my first fitness class on Monday 😝. It was hard! But I did it again on Friday and it was a bit easier. I also had a really good discussion with my dietician about not feeling guilty if I slip up on my diet - food is about pleasure too and we can‘t be perfect all the time - in fact it‘d be weird if we were! #BFCR4 #Bookfitnesschallenge

Hand repainted/sanded 2/6 deck chairs today(table awaits) power washed ugly deck, paint still stuck on, hand scraped paint for awhile, realized I need chemicals to do the job...and came inside to revisit and revise deck restoration plan. 🤦🏽‍♀️🥃🍊

Has anyone read the Oxford American? It's a great publication full of poetry and short stories about the Southern United States.

Jess_Read_This @DivineDiana I can't take all the credit- my husband and FIL were replacing boards and I've been trying to help where I can. I lack any carpenter skills and math/measurements just isn't my strong suit 🤣 So I can sand, scrape, and paint. Lol! 8y
