pickI can‘t recall who told me I needed to read this book but they were right! Charming holiday read, grumpy hero, love at first sight and falconry 😉 Can‘t go wrong with that! Hijinks ensue and I enjoyed this so much I‘ll likely try another in the series.

The most #relatable passage I‘ve read recently.
pickSo I don't know how I feel about this and my first attempt at a review got deleted. It definitely had lovely moments and the emotional arc really worked for me. But, and this might be because I haven't been reading historicals in the last few years, it felt overwritten in parts and I didn't love all the dialogue or descriptions. I'm not sure I could handle a full novel. Still, I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a cute Christmas novella!
