E-Squared: Nine Do-It-Yourself Energy Experiments that Prove Your Thoughts Create Your Reality | Pam Grout
8 posts | 6 read | 2 reading | 6 to read
Adapted from Pam Grouts New York Times bestselling book, E-Squared, this Running Press Miniature Edition is a lab manual with simple experiments that prove reality is malleable and that you shape your life with your mind. The nine experiments, each of which can be conducted with absolutely no money and very little time, demonstrate that spiritual principles are as dependable as gravity and as consistent as Newtons laws of motion.

Books I read in June. I'm averaging one per week so far this year, which is really good for me. E-squared was great and I can't believe I waited so long to read it! Pan Grout is hilarious and she lives near me in Lawrence, KS! And Roxane Gay's memoir was of course excellent. #junebooks

Hollie It's always nice to see other Kansas Littens! I live near Hays! 7y
Karen.reads @Hollie I drove through Hays yesterday! 😁We were coming back from CO. 7y

Uh, ok, I'm obviously not above trying a little voodoo. But, the first "experiments" failed for me, leaving me feeling like a ?, not so much in tuned with the forces of the universe ?

Bookcation74 Haha I did the exact same thing last year! 7y

It's hip to be square today! 😁 Just adore this entertaining and eye-opening book about how the Law of Attraction works. Includes 9 cool experiments to test how your thoughts really do create your reality--that will blow your mind. Plus Pam is a brilliant writer to boot. #ashapeinthetitle #junebookbugs

Have had this for a while. Finally getting around to reading it. I'm doing a better job of getting through some of my self-help books this year since I started doing the miracle morning! ☀️ ❤️

Moved to LA about a week ago, and I've been super stressed about trying to find a permanent place to live/job/just being somewhere new in general, so it's time for a green tea latte and a book to get centered and de-stress.

saresmoore Sorry you've been stressed, but enjoy LA! I lived in Pasadena for a few years and loved it! 7y
AlexandraGriffin @saresmoore thank you! I'm sure once I find a place to live I'll be able to relax more and enjoy it 😊 7y
Suet624 That's a big deal, especially at this time of year. Best wishes to you. 7y

AlexandraGriffin @Suet624 thank you!! 7y
geodynamical_nonfiction I'm reading Excuse Me Your Life is Waiting by Lynn Grabhorn, and she mentions how to make "woo woo wands" to detect energy fields. A quick YouTube search to see the wand in action, and now here I am! Have you tried making the wands?! My nutritionist has a small device that's very similar and she uses it to guage the energy fields of foods and her patients. 7y
AlexandraGriffin @geodynamical interesting, I've never heard of that book or author. That's wild! Haha 7y
