This bit reminded me of Tearwater Tea from Owl at Home, which was one of my family's favorite stories when I was growing up. We still reference it from time to time, especially when we find very short pencils. 😆❤️😭

Centique Awww! I‘ve never read this. It sounds gorgeous! 😍 7y
BarbaraBB Wow 😍 7y

Yesterday my husband and I got the best #bookishgifts a grand daughter! Someone to read to! I am so excited! (Now I can shop for books and my husband won't complain... much) of course I already have a stash collected and have had a wish list on amazon since I knew they were expecting. What are some of your favorite children's books? Recommendations from my fellow littens have not disappointed. #seasonsreadings2016

bookishkai Always and forever I love Corduroy for kiddos. Any of the Sandra Boynton books. There's a great trio of books by Jane Yolen, Baby Bear's Books, Baby Bear's Chairs, and Baby Bear's Big Dreams, that I think are so clever and sweet. Congrats on the grandbaby! 8y
