Well.... Sometimes Amazon frustrates me.. I ordered the right pillow, then they said it is damaged, I need to look for another design. Ok, I ordered the left design but it should have the shape of the right one... Now I got the left one, which doesn't exist in the online shop?!?! ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ I want my reading pillow ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

rretzler They have always been really helpful to me when I have called or chatted about something not being right. It takes some patience sometimes to find the contact information but they have always made things right. Sadly, I‘ve noticed that there are a lot of sellers on Amazon that have incorrect listings - I‘ve learned to look at who the seller is (Amazon vs a 3rd party) before I buy. Be persistent! 6y
