The Farthest Edge
The Farthest Edge | Kristen Ashley
6 posts | 5 read | 1 to read
A man without a past. A woman who lost her future. Together they'll push each other to the farthest edge and ignite a passion that's harder and deeper than they ever imagined. But is it strong enough to turn into something real and lasting? In the second highly anticipated book in the Honey series, New York Times bestselling author Kristen Ashley once again delivers a smoldering hot story that is achingly romantic and populated with intensely raw characters that will stay with you long after you turn the final page.

I love an alpha angst filled guy and that is Branch to a T, except he‘s also a sub. And after Evangeline has a horrible experience at her club she‘s finally ready to rejoin her friends with Branch as the instigator.

This isn‘t my favorite book by KA, but it‘s so sweet and the steam factor is through the roof.

I love Kristen Ashley books. They are quick fun reads and this one is no different. Steamy and erotic this read will pull you in. The characters are dynamic and Kristen Ashley always delivers when it comes to the alpha male hero. Not over the top but totally a character you root for.

This one felt a little more KA-esque than The Deep End, probably because the Hero was more of a traditional KA Hero; Broody, conflicted, broken, isolationist. I loved it and this series so far. Can't wait to see who the next couple are!

That-Bookish-Hiker Oh man huge KA fan here but this one was tough for me to get through. Not sure why. BDSM doesn't bother me but I couldn't connect to the characters. 7y
JayneChanger @That-Bookish-Hiker I connected slightly less with these characters than those in the first book. But I really enjoyed Branch's journey as he fought to allow himself the relationship with Evangeline. (edited) 7y

While I'm not a huge fan of this trope, Branch was more alpha than sub, and I loved him! http://bambi-unbridled.blogspot.com/2017/06/arc-review-farthest-edge-by-kristen....
