I studied archaeology & history at uni so I have plenty of suitably macabre book titles.

Taken tonight at the Samhain celebration at Catland (the local witch shop/gathering place). I‘m thrilled at how it looks like that creepy Victorian Postmortem Photography 😂

Pickpick

Book 3/3 (the closing) of my Victorian murder binge: a book that doesn't focus merely on the act of murder, but rather society's reaction to death itself. It contains a myriad of newspaper articles discussing the most fashionable, unique, and downright strange Victorian mourning customs, with everything from laugh/cringe worthy moments to even the most touching stories. PS: the book tagged is not the one--this book hasn't been added to Litsy yet!
