I actually loved this book. It's your typical teenage good girl who changes the bad boy... and it was cute for what it was. It's exactly what I needed right now... mindless fluff.

This looks cute, Eager for the audio- trying to knock out some audio books while commuting.
I personally hated the book as much as I hated the movie. The book was almost to cringy for me to read. The lines were so lovey dovey in detail. I personally don‘t like these kinds of books.
I loved this YA book. I read it in two sittings as it was so easy to read. Elle has been best friends with Lee since childhood. Badass Noah (Lee‘s big brother) changes everything.
Once the ‘kiss‘ takes place, Elle‘s life is turned upside down. It may be like a fairytale but will Elle get her happy ever after? Elle was so naive and Noah misunderstood-but they were perfect for each other. Perfect YA read for the summer and now on Netflix too.

1. The film is also on Netflix.
2. Night reading, a nice way to wind down after a busy day.
3. The Unhoneymooners by Christina Lauren. A great read 🏖

My 15 y/o has just read this book and said “Mum, you have to read this”. She normally recommends some great books so here goes….
Finished my #BookSpin book this morning. Easy read as it was not as in depth as I expected. I much prefer the movie in this case.
Time to color in my #BookSpinBingo board! 😁 @TheAromaofBooks
P.s. this is Vera a kitty we found and returned to her mom months ago but is now staying with us since she is really underweight. Not sure if she will stay as Rosie is not too thrilled. Any two cat advice welcome!
Saturday morning... 💛
I've watched the Netflix movie too many times to count, and thr sequel comes out this month, so I thought why not read the series. I absolutely loved it! The characters are likable, its a cute story. And I was just engrossed the whole time. I had only wished I didn't have to work this entire weekend so I could have finished it sooner! I can't wait to read the next one to find out what happens to Elle and Noah.
It feels unfair to rate this since I watched the Netflix movie first and the book is nearly identical, which is highly unusual for an adaptation, but if forced, I‘d say it earns 2.5-3 stars (maybe 3 if I hadn‘t watched the movie). It‘s good for a 17-year old writer of fan fiction, and the educator in me is proud of her accomplishments; otherwise, as a published book, the story, and the writing, is a bit flat and has only one-note.
After catching this on Netflix, I found the book. Let the comparison begin...

This book is about how a young teenage girl named Elle goes through life changes. She discovered that nothing is impossible and she finds out how to make good choices.

I really enjoyed this book. I thought it was cute.
The book was good. The movie didn‘t follow the book Over all a good book
A sweet romance, if a bit simplistic. For the most part, this was a fun, quick read, and I mostly enjoyed the movie that was based on it, as well. I liked most of the characters, although the pretty-but-she-doesn't-know-it type of girl is a little cliche. What I really enjoyed was Elle and Lee's relationship, how supportive they were of one another, how they didn't let hurt feelings come between them. What I didn't? Noah's need to control Elle.
Loved the Netflix movie. Have heard mixed reviews about the book, not sure if I should read it??
Taking a break and watching this instead of reading it. I know I know....but Mt TBR is high enough. #Luna approves! 😹 #catsoflitsy
Cute movie I watched while the grand-baby slept...might have to read the book now🤗
Saw its Netflix trailer and read this one last night. I've already read this type of story before but it's still a sweet fun read.
