This is near impossible for me but….
1. Workingman‘s Dead - Grateful Dead
2. For the Roses- Joni Mitchell
3. Fillmore East - Allman Brothers
@dabbe #TLT
1. With my daughter in San Francisco while she heals from finger surgery (she broke her hand and is healing well).
2. My Golden Years - The Lemon Twigs
3. Grateful Dead 5/22/77 in Florida
#MotivationalMonday @Cupcake12
1. Always….Grateful Dead. We are strange and magnificent dancers. 🤣
2. I‘d be living next door to my grandson in Michigan.
3. Reading in my chair in an empty house….with no texts or phone calls.

It‘s Tuesday but come play!
@MittenGirlPeach OMG…THIS is fantastic! In my little library I hang my music posters. This one will join the crew. I love it so much and I do NOT have a Dead & Co poster so…perfect! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Lovliest swap.
@wanderinglynn #HHS
Part 2
1. Jerry Garcia
2. 1977
*I don‘t collect anything besides books

It was amazing. I couldn‘t post on IG so I am putting it here. @TheBookHippie Ain‘t no place I‘d rather be. ❤️
@BookishTrish Here they are! (My better half managed to score me the Grateful Dead sock set for Christmas and this is the first pair I've taken out of the coveted package. 😝) And sorry, no books in this pic, just feet. 🤣
I had a bit of a hard time coming up with a book for #celebritylove. I read mostly fiction and don't really have many books on celebrities.
But then I remembered the coffee table book of my grad school years.

I am putting my own spin on todays #Characters2017 prompt #AmericanBeauty and highlighting the album (in a book) - I thought of finding a character from the track listing (friend of the devil, trucking etc) but it is too early for that right now. So imma let my #deadhead roots show. This book is an awesome resource for deadheads and/or anyone who may want to prop open a heavy door as it is an excellent #doorstopper.
I was listening to music tonight while doing household chores. As I made my way through my playlist it struck me: much of my taste in music has been influenced by my love of stories. Gordon Lightfoot, Simon and Garfunkel, the Grateful Dead, Harry Chapin, Tanglefoot, and even Tracy Chapman: musicians who tell stories.
It was an odd little moment of clarity; I just thought I'd share.
