Star Wars reference!

Still loving the series! Now that Lunella found out she can figure out a device that stumped Bruce Banner, she is considered the smartest superhero and definitely lets it get to her head. She works out a lot of her personal issues in this one and so happy that a lot of other characters show up. Doctor Doom!!! Graphics are wonderful and just loved the story from beginning to end.

I bought the first few books in the series a while back. I‘m just now getting back into them. I am in that weird space where I‘m excited to see that there are so many books that I haven‘t read yet, but also kind of sad that I let myself lapse for this long.

Tons of other superheroes show up to help out Lunella on this one, my fave was Ironheart. Also, some characters show up in their '80s costumes at one point...that cracked me up. Moving happily to Vol 4...

I love Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur 🦖 the story may not always be fabulous but the art work is.

Ms. Marvel (my everything) shows up to mentor Lunella in this one and I love it! Plus, it's official, nine year old Lunella Lafayette is the smartest person in the Marvel Universe.

Finally got caught up on my comic reading guys. Here is what I has been in my box lately. I am kinda sad to hear that Kate Bishop will be ending her run. Check out Sleepless if you have a chance. It is a totally romantic, Renissance comic with POC! It was enough of a tease that my coworker cannot wait till I get more. Also, for any stalkers, my owned books and TBR lists need to still be updated. Will let you know when they are.

I‘ve been in a reading slump since the last few weeks have been filled with buying a house and moving in to it - stress makes me lazy and I mostly turned to TV and my phone during my down time. Things are settling down a little though, and I‘m hoping my library book haul will help get me back into good reading habits!

Book 1 of vacation reads complete! Lunella Lafayette is still one of my favourite marvel characters ever. Lunella learns another lesson about growing up, being a super hero, but more importantly about being who she is in this volume. So good!

I finally got to start this today! Morning reading with a ☕️ of earl grey is my favorite way to wake up.
