#BFCr4 checkin week 4
Not a good week for me at all. Rain (too much of it depresses me). Traveling for a conference.
Walking = 8.23 mile/12
Eating = more not so good days than good
Meditation = 1 session of 30 minutes
Books = 5

I loved this picture from the internet. Sorry for the late checkin.

Emilymdxn You‘re still doing great if you‘re trying at all! You‘ve done more walking than 0, more meditating than 0, more effort with healthy eating than 0! 4y
Chrissyreadit I completely agree with @Emilymdxn 4y
wanderinglynn You‘re doing much better than you‘re giving yourself credit for. 8 miles is awesome! 🙌🏻 We all have crappy days/weeks. And I totally understand about rain. I like it, for a day, then I need the sun to shine. It‘s good to strive for more, but take time to celebrate what you did accomplish, which as @Emilymdxn so aptly put, more than 0 is awesome and certainly well more than not trying at all. 💜 4y

KathyWheeler This is why I love this challenge so much — y‘all are so supportive! Thanks everyone, and @Emilymdxn, you are so right — some is way better than 0 — and I need to remember that. 4y
TheAromaofBooks You got this!! Remember that every step forward, no matter how small, is still a step forward!! 4y

Pickpick

This was a great book to pull out and read a few new meditations each day. I will need to go back to this again to look at and think on some of these thoughts on a regular basis. Excellent way to get you thinking about your own life and circumstances.

This book is full of tough but true advice.

GondorGirl I needed to read that advice today, as I'm working a convention with a terrible head cold. It's not going to kill me or keep me from doing my job. I need to stop focusing on how poorly I feel. 6y
Mariposa_Bookworm I kind of like this no nonsense tough love approach. Reminds me of my Granny. 6y
