Laura Childs is a phenomenal storyteller. Plum Tea Crazy was well-plotted and written.

Yay! #CozySwap day is here! Happy Fall 🍁 and thank you so, so much @LeslieO ! I‘m ready to curl up with my new treasures. The books were brilliant choices. I‘m just starting to get into Laura Childs and Bernadette has been calling to me for some time. And I love all of the tea accessories. 💗
It's -17F here so I'm hiding in bed and taking a trip to Charleston, South Carolina this afternoon. I love this series.
I love cozies and I use to love Laura Childs, but the books are slowly losing their charm; I feel like there‘s been no real character growth for Theodosia or Haley. Everything is still the same! Can she final date a normal guy who will stay?
Generally good but losing its charm a bit for me. Predictable. Maybe I‘ve read too many by Laura Child‘s! I want more for Haley. Recipes look yum.
Looking forward to starting this soon. I love cozy mysteries, and have read a few of the books in this series. Each of the titles revolve around a type of tea, and a mystery that somehow always ties to Theodosia Browning, the owner of the Indigo Teahouse. With beautiful descriptions of Charleston, South Carolina as well as Theodosia‘s tea shop (I wish it really existed)! These books are a sheer delight to read and I can‘t recommend them enough.
Not my usual genre, but I felt drawn to this one. The main character is named Theodosia. Theodosia! Plus, recipes and tea time tips are somehow blended with a murder mystery plot. Could not pass up. 🍵
