Starting out great!
Another sick day, another book. I think I‘m finally caught upon Mike Bowditch and his adventures. You can really see how mike has grown and developed as a character through the series. I look forward to more in this series.

Entertaining escapist crime fiction (#7 in a series) featuring a game warden in Maine. Doiron vividly depicts Maine's people and landscapes. Of course, if you enjoy Maine or "North Woods Law," you should enjoy this series. Heard Doiron say once that he envisions doing a book set in each of the twelve months since Maine (and its crimes) change so much depending on the month. Haven't checked to see if he has done this but think it's a neat concept.
Just finished this latest installment in the Mike Bowditch series. I always enjoy being back in the forests of Maine. It was making Tink cold, so she snuggled on the blanket. 🐱💕 #Tink #catsoflitsy
The most recent of one of my favorite mystery series, Mike Bowditch is a Maine Game Warden, and the novels are all set in the Maine wilderness. #riotgrams #outside I couldn't seem to get #Tink and the book both in the frame, she kept moving! #catsoflitsy
Less than three hours! Here are some of my books, and my snack assortment. Organic fruits, lime sparkling water and Utz Pub Mix. Oh, and in honor of Ree Drummond's (The Pioneer Woman) recently departed Bassett hound Charlie, homemade peanut butter chocolate chunk cookies from my Charlie cookie jar. #24in48
Mike Bowditch has to exorcise the demons of the past before the demons of the present kill him first.
