I hate when I have to quit a book and start a new one. Rarely happens but that last one was awful. Couldn‘t get into it at all.
Here‘s to hoping this one‘s better!

Kicking off the weekend with a new book!
***EDIT: this book was AMAZING! Highly recommend for all lovers of historical fiction (and history in general, really). Such an amazing and touching (often triggering) account of how life really was. The pain and brutality were very real and needs to be told in hopes of never repeating!
Time to switch up the genre!
I‘ve been reading for hours and now to start new book from TBR shelf!
My discount book find tonight ! 🤓

**truly an AMAZING narrative coming directly from bondage; the pain and suffering was great, and we owe her so much for her words. Must read for all humans!
