Another graphic novel I tried today. I love Kirkman's Walking Dead series, but I just couldn't get into the story in this one.
I did like the colors used in this one though. I doubt I'll continue with this series.

Meh. I love Walking Dead so I thought let's try Mr. Kirkman's newest project. The artwork is blah that's what first threw me off. The storyline was okay but I really didn't like the characters at all. I'll just stick with TWD.
I hope your Christmas is as nice as mine. Happy Hollidays everyone! ❤️ I‘m spending it with my parents and brother, just like when we were little.
It‘s funny that I finished reading this trade on my birthday. Anyways, I‘m a big fan of Kirkman‘s writing. I‘ve read The Walking Dead and Outcast. This story is about a man named Nathan who is in search of his brother Ed. He travels through some sort of veil in hopes of finding him. I wondered why Nathan was so obsessed with traveling back and forth. Now I know why he goes beyond saving his brother. #OblivionSong #RobertKirkman #imagecomics
#NewComicsDay for me is this week and last week‘s books, as didn‘t make it into the shop last week.
I haven‘t read much DC the past few years, but I‘m going to see what Scott Snyder does with JL, and Bendis switching teams is still huge news.
If you‘re looking for a new creator-owned book, try Oblivion Song, it‘s incredible 👍🏻
