@laur89 gave this book to me and I really liked it. Action, adventure, secrets, murder, and daddy issues combine to make a fun read. I will absolutely be reading the rest of the Culper Ring series! Just backwards.

It may be well after noon in reality, but after falling asleep so early this morning, and then waking up at nearly 1, it's still my Sunday morning. Good coffee and an excellent book are helping with this super strength headache. I don't go out often because I'm an old lady who can't handle the day after. 😆

Has anyone read this book? I love Brad Meltzers shows on History channel and love books similar to his (Dan Brown for example) but I got side tracked with a different book while reading this one. Does anyone have any thoughts on this book before I pick it up again?

I didn't think that anything could further slow my already dissatisfyingly glacial reading rate, but this election has done it, kids. I check my phone for news updates, I check the tv for news updates, I pace around a lot. When I'm calm for a moment, I enjoy a page or two of The Fireman. I'm not even reading ABOUT books, which has never happened before. Please oh please oh please let Wednesday morning dawn, with hope, and absent Armageddon.

BibliOphelia @becausetrains When my niece was two we took her to see The Wiggles live, and she was so overcome she said "I want Murray to hold me!" That's kind of how I feel about Anderson right now. (Oh, she's 16 now and yes, we tease her about it relentlessly) 7y
