Antoni in the Kitchen

I made my second recipe from ANTONI IN THE KITCHEN: Cauliflower Steaks! (Except I used florets because I had some left over.) It was AMAZING. The gochujang (Korean chili paste) might be my new favourite, the dates add some great sweetness, and the roasted cauliflower took on the BEST texture.

I‘m absolutely making this again.

Love this cookbook! Really accessible, loved his personal stories sprinkled throughout, and found 10+ recipes I can‘t wait to try and the lemon parmesan risotto we had for dinner may be the best I‘ve ever made!
