Chava's dad is a tutor to the royal children. Urbi is a princess who becomes Cleopatra.

They once vowed to be forever loyal to each other, but Chava is betrayed and sold into slavery. Her faith keeps her going.

This is the first book in The Silent Years series. The silent years refers to the 400 years between the Old and New Testaments in the Bible.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I've read a lot of books about Egypt and Cleopatra as well as Roman history, which made this book all the more enjoyable. Looking forward to the 2nd book in the series 👌
