Perfectly Imperfect addresses the mental/mindful side of yoga over the physical side. In my short, 2 years of yoga practice, I went in fully expecting to work on and get satisfaction from the physical side of yoga. What I didn't expect is to fully embrace the mindful side and want to learn more about it.
