Slow reading month for me. I've been busy making gifts for #autumncomfortswap and melting during the heat waves. And now I can add hacking up a lung due to wildfire smoke in the area. #readingwrapup #julysreads

Michael J. Fox is inarguably in my top 5 favorite actors.
I found this book to be illuminating, sad, and, uplifting. Illuminating because he shares information about his life and career that was news to me. Sad because his disease is known to shorten lifespans, a fact he does not shy away from. Uplifting because he actively chooses life, which is evident in this book. Definitely worth the listen.
Last night I went with some friends to see this show. The set was delightful and the show was fun. The interesting to see the show after discussing how the show has not aged well, which is true, but I tend to be someone who tries to just enjoy the ride.
I listened to this as an audiobook on my commute. Michael J fox is doing the reading and it's awesome to listen to him! I've always liked him but after listening to this book, my respect for him is immense! Written with wit, wisdom, and intelligence. Funniest statement , a reference to Back To The Future, "there is no such thing as a hoverboard" made me LOL! Well actually Michael, there is such a thing now ???
