I was intrigued by how the story explores the viewpoint of women at both ends of the camera lens.

Congrats @Librarybelle on your wonderful milestone and thank you so much for hosting this awesome #200KGiveaway
I have been looking at the tagged book for a while now. I think the premise sounds sooooo good and scary. It also reminds me of a few scary movies and a few movies about girls who become famous for online videos that I love!!
I'm not quite sure about this one. I found it very creepy and abit sadistic but then the concept of the story was good. I wouldn't recommend it if you haven't got a strong stomach 🤔
13 hours 49 minutes into #24B4Monday readathon and I've stupidly just reset my timer 😣 So going to have to restart and add my totals together.
I‘m lousy with monthly TBR‘s so instead here is what I‘m currently reading (top two - How To Save an Undead Life on my e-reader) and bottom book is up next. I think at least.... I may change my mind 😂
I won this book and forgot all about it. 🤷🏻♀️
I‘d really like to squeeze this one in my October pile but I‘m not sure I have the time. Release date was back in July 2018.
Blurb: Fame and obsession collide in this darkly twisted novel from an incredible new voice in suspense. A teen star quit acting after her younger sister disappeared after a Hollywood party gone wrong. Fifteen years later someone wants to finish what they started. Yesss!!!
A solid debut thriller! A bit dark at times, but it goes well with the mystery!
Watch the Girls had an intriguing premise and was executed well with engaging characters. I want to rave about it but parts left me a bit cold due to the sexual violence. It wasn‘t gratuitous or exploitative but I personally have trouble with enjoying books with that element. Yet, overall it was a great book and solid mystery with a strong performance by Kristine Hvam. #audiobook
1. It‘s a tossup between Ghostbusters and Karate Kid
2. I used to love both when I was larger but to maintain my waifish figure I‘ve given both up.
3. I alternate between Jason Isbell/Amanda Shires, 70s funk and 90s Punk.
4. I have about a half hour left in the audiobook. Mixed thought on it but a very effective story.
5. Gotcha

Just added this to my Audible wishlist. Typically if @Jennsbookshelves recommends a book in a genre I like, I listen. Plus can‘t go wrong with Khristine Hvam.
4 🌟/ 5! This was so absorbing. Twisty enough. Some parts were predictable but some were not so I liked the balance between figuring some stuff out but still being surprised!
As I've seen other reviewers remark, I was reminded of the excellent NIGHT FILM by Marisha Pessl at times.
Parts of this are not easy to read. But I really liked this book. This will be one that I think will stick with me, and I'd like to reread it.
