Anyone else attend the #OLASC this year?
It was my first time attending (I‘m a newer member of our Public Library Board) and I was only at the Board related day but it was enlightening!!
I‘m looking forward to going next year and plan to attend the whole conference.
(I‘m super proud of myself for keeping the purchases to a minimum 🤣)

After a bit of a freeze on book buying another #booksale #bookhaul !! 📚😬
I guess this is what happens when you restrict yourself 🤷🏻♀️
But at least it was another #supportyourlocallibrary situation.

I‘d not walked to the library yet from the new house. With such an unseasonably lovely day I figured this was the day.
I learned it‘s a 2 hour round trip walk… my feet are not ok with this discovery 😬
I also need some far more comfortable/durable shoes if I‘m going to do this again (literally walked holes into mine 👎)
But at least I felt zero guilt about the 🍕I ate afterward.
My spooky October #libraryhaul was a little too ambitious. I only made it through one. 😕
So, bring on Spooky November!!

I just wrote on someone else‘s post that there was no such thing as going overboard with a #libraryhaul.
My apologies, I lied. I overdid it. Just couldn‘t stop grabbing books! 🤷🏻♀️
1/2 were grabbed because I‘ve read good reviews. 1/2 are repeat authors I‘ve enjoyed in the past.

With bookshelves FULL of unread books… I‘m not sure why every time I drop one finished book off at the library I pick up four more! 📚
