A basic whodunnit novel. It was fast reading and mildly entertaining, but overall not noteworthy.

The plot had potential but the author did not explore it. Quick read.

This book reads like a made for TV movie and thankfully it only had 200 pages because had it been longer I would've had to bail. 🌫️

bookranters I didn't like that book at all! I kept thinking it was all so typical. I felt like I'd read it a dozen times before. 6y
3CatsAndABook @bookranters Yes very predictable, no thrilling twists and turns as promoted lol 6y

Another book club choice and it‘s not one of my favorites. I struggle with whiny people and the main character was not only whiny but I can‘t stand how she dealt with her husbands infidelity. The storyline just has too many flaws...don‘t get me started on the fire marshal ::face palm::

I give this book 3 out of 5. It was okay and a very quick read. Tells the tale that you never truly know a person.

68% into this book. Hope I finish it tonight. The girl telling the story is an idiot but the story itself is good enough to see through to the end.

RadicalReader @Jinjer love the spelling of your username!! I love the wonderful enjoyable encounters of amazing books so disappointing when the main driving force is idiotic 6y
Jinjer @RadicalReader thank you! 6y

What the what?!?! The book was great until the end. I don't want to spoil it for anyone but to find out this information in the last couple paragraphs was BS. I was listening to it on audible and started yelling at my device when the credits rolled immediately following the bomb dropping information was revealed. It would have been a 4 star if not for that.

I really like this book. It had so many cliff hangers. What I really liked is that it wasn't predictable at all. You really don't have a clue " who done it" until the end, and there's so many twists with different characters you didn't see coming. Very easy fast read.

Wellreadtraveler I loved Jar of Hearts by Jennifer Hiller, all the beautiful lies by Peter Swanson, both so good! Thanks for asking! If you go to my blog you can read my review of both of these books. www.wellreadtraveler.com 6y

The Good Neighbor was a lightning-fast read - but it fell short of thrilling me (as a good thriller should!)...

Really nice read/listen. Just enough suspense and the twist was fleshed out really well as I did not see it coming.

Not one to make me gasp or get a chill. The story wasn't impressive but the narrator was. Not going to say it was a waste of time but probably wouldn't read again.

Duecento pagine da leggere alla svelta e che, ahimè, si dimenticano altrettanto velocemente.Una trama molto poco definita con tante forzature . Quello che dovrebbe essere un thriller psiologico ha infatti ben poco di thriller.
