I enjoyed a few songs by The Sex Pistols back in the day and the new Pistol show has got me thinking about this book I read when I was a young teenager. This is Nancy‘s mothers story about Nancy‘s life and addiction. I couldn‘t put it down, I was totally captivated by her story and Nancy‘s relationship and ultimate death at the hands of her boyfriend Sid Vicious.

I‘ve loved this book for years. I highly recommend for anyone who is a fan of punk rock and pop culture. You get the story of Sid & Nancy from Nancy‘s mother‘s perspective. It‘s heart wrenching. I also HIGHLY recommend the movie Sid & Nancy - it‘s one of my all time favorites (doesn‘t hurt that it stars a young Gary Oldman 🥰) #music #biography
