Not my favorite by this author. It felt rushed at times. It had its moments and I really loved the character of Bec but in the end it just felt unfinished.

I made it to the top, but I thought I was crazy the entire way. At least I had Katie West to keep me going when my brother and sister-in-law left me in the dust.

Not one of my favorite Kasie West books. I couldn‘t stand the Jules character. And Gia‘s family was just so obnoxious.

I have no strong feeling about this. It was fast and enjoyable as I read it, but it‘s not something I‘ll think about and remember in detail later. And the ending was abrupt.

This is my first Kasie West book read last Aug. 2016. I picked it at random, read a few chapters and pulled an all nighter. I enjoyed reading it! You should check out all her other books too.

I hate myself for how much I enjoyed this 🙈
They're just such a guilty pleasure and I saw a lot of hype around this one !
I'll definitely be checking out more of her books 💕

vkois88 I can't remember if it's this one in particular, but one of her books keeps floating in my peripheral when I visit the local used bookstore. Doing some digging, I've read some pretty decent reviews of her books. If it's still there next time I go, I may have to pick it up... 6y

This was my first Kasie West book and while it was an enjoyable read, there wasn't much substance. I do plan to read more by her in the future though!

My first Kasie West novel was a success! It was super cute and quick which is what I was in the mood for.

It kept reminding me of all my little sister's high school drama that she complains to me about which was funny. I liked the protagonist even though some don't- felt she was actually quite relatable

Kasie West's book are perfect for when you want a sweet, quick read. I read both of these this weekend and especially enjoyed The Fill-In Boyfriend. I could definitely see myself rereading these when I need a pick-me-up.

This was a really quick read. I finished it in just a few hours. I would have really liked this book but the ending really ruined it for me. Her friends were pissed that she told one lie and then wouldn't even listen to her. To me it was such a stupid thing to lie about but I wouldn't have been mad at a friend for it. ⭐⭐⭐

The fake boyfriend trope is probably my favorite of all the tropes. Gia gets dumped right before prom and needs a date asap. When she sees a guy in a car in the parking lot she convinces him to be her date. This book made me laugh and blush and almost cry. I will definitely be reading it again.
