Thank you Carolyn ♥️ can‘t wait to read these, I loved the first one! What a treat.
A corrugated-iron hayshed here, a scrap of red farmhouse roof there, closeted behind cypress trees. Otherwise the world was populated by wind turbines silhouetted against the sky, wheat stubble, a tiny dust eddy on a hillslope that might have been the wind, might have been a farmer checking sheep. For now, Hirsch was calling it home.
This is a great outback crime novel. There's plenty of heat and dust, some great, authentic Aussie characters and a believable mystery or two. More of a police procedural than Jane Harper's novels, but every bit as good. #ozfiction #doublespin
Another really good rural Australian crime. Not brilliant but it kept me reading and thinking about it. Set in a hot dry inland town, with a cast of believable country inhabitants and a likeable cop. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #ozfiction
@ReadingDownUnder just love the bookmark .😍😍. Another Aussie read. Don‘t think I‘ve read one of his books before though I‘ve seen many . I enjoyed this read. Great Aussie descriptions as well as characters. Kept me reading and thinking who did it and why.

A weekend in Sydney isn‘t complete without a trip to my favourite book shops Abbeys and Dymocks. I picked up some Litsy recommendations and others I‘m keen to read. I‘ve had a slow start to the year with reading as we‘ve been so busy. Hope your reading is going well😘
