I‘m sad/frustrated today because I‘ve only used half my hoopla borrows and was starting to decide what to splurge on for t he kiddo and myself...and my library system‘s server is wonky this week so hoopla isn‘t working. 😢 They‘re working on it, but they thought they fixed it yesterday so nobody knows when it will work again. I need the rest of my borrows!

For those of you who use #Hoopla:

If you search Bonus Borrows, you'll get a list of over 1,300 items that you can borrow without counting against your monthly borrow limit within your library system. This is something I just stumbled on, and I assume that it's due to the world shutting down and all, so I can't say how long it'll last, but while it does it means you can read/listen to loads of great titles.

Anyone else having problems with #hoopla today?

I have accounts for a few different libraries, and I can‘t log in with any of them. I‘ve tried on my phone, tablet, and computer with no success. I even tried the “Contact Us” form on the website, and even that didn‘t work.

I need some help with Hoopla, if there are any littens who can offer advice. I was listening to an audiobookon my phone, and was doing something on my browser at the same time. When I clicked over to Hoopla to check how much time was left, Hoopla rebooted, kicked me out, and won't let me log back in. It won't let me reset my password or anything. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same problem. Any advice?!
