Blurghhhhhhh.
I've had such a bad run of books recently. This was pretty boring. The main character is really taken advantage of by her so-called best friend. And the love story was rushed and pretty crap.

Not a romance fan, but what a charming read this was. It gave me goosebumps and made my tummy do flips. I would love to live in the shoes of Emily in one day finding that right person.
On board a puffer boat in the Western Isles of Scotland, Emily is spending an idyllic summer at sea.
I always enjoy a Katie Fforde book. Easy to read, comforting and heart warming, however I didn't really 'click' with any of the characters in this one and didn't warm to anyone. The story was fine but not as good as her other books.
Just bought this book yesterday with a gigantic pile of other books; yay for citytrips: when you need an even better excuse to buy books. Let's start reading!
This was exactly what I needed, sweet, lovely, beautiful locations and pleasant characters... just what I needed... I will pick up more Katie Fforde books on the future
I need a palate cleanser - this might do the job
I might or might not have ordered a book for myself when I ordered some for everyone else. 😉
While this was my first experience with a Fforde novel it certainly will not be my last. This was a perfect summer romance with heart, soul and a little bit of magic. Full review on www.novelgossip.com
First book down. Was okay but some bits really turned me off from this novel #24in48 #readathon
My reading time so far #24in48 #readathon
Starting my next read. Something light and fluffy. Gotta get through some of these Netgallery copies 😳
