Our library system has a mascot, Sneaks the cat! I‘m one of two people at my branch willing to dress up. I got to hang with the Chic-Fil-A cow and cheese it up at an elementary school block party today!

LauraBeth Now wishing my library had a cute mascot... 5y
Cortg @LauraBeth Tons of kids recognize Sneaks when he‘s out and about! It‘s really fun 😜 5y

My #NYC book clubs have an official mascot now 😻😻😻! This is Jazz! She‘s an Airedale terrier, and she‘s an absolutely adorable 1-year-old. She didn‘t bark the whole time and enjoyed chewing on twigs while we all chatted, unless she was looking for some petting behind her big ears.

Pickpick

If someone asks me for a recommendation on a true story from World War II this book is definitely going to be the first book I mention. It's absolutely incredible from beginning to end. The son who writes this story down for his father is amazing and determined to find out the truth about his father's past. And honestly this is an example of life being stranger than fiction.

Aleida Wow. Sounds intriguing. 7y
RebelReader I love books about WWII. I will check it out for sure. 7y

This is what my husband and my nightstand looks like. Nothing but a pile of books and a bright lamp so we can read all hours of the night. So glad I found someone just as book obsessed as I am! #bibliophile #bookobsessed #whentwobookloversgetmarried #bestlife

Sadly a friend borrowed my copy of The Mascot and never gave it back so all I have is this screen shot of it in my iBooks library on my phone. But this is by far my favorite book! An absolute must read. Oddly enough, I would have my husband read this. His voice is perfect for the voice of the book. :) #24in48 #readathon
