The setting is where this book shines...this urban fantasy slash dystopian-ish world the author has created here is the draw for me to continue with the next book. There was a fair amount of info-dumping at the beginning, but I‘m not usually put off by that. The MC, Brexley is sort of annoying and Warwick is an enigma. So we will see where things go...Also, the narration by Eva Kaminsky was a top-notch performance.

Wow, wow, wow. I haven't read a book this good since Game of Thrones. There's creatures, fighting, action, and the hot sexy romance is on par 😛. The main character Brexley is BAD A--. The world is divided between Fea, supernatural creatures and humans. The vail fell one day where fea and supernatural creatures could roam the earth freely. That caused wars and the Savage Lands. #fantasy #romance
Started this one. I've heard rumblings in the book world this is an awesome romance fantasy read. So far it's awesome!
