The pacing of this book felt really off. Some parts seemed to really be drawn out while others felt more rushed. Aside from that, it's well written and has a very intriguing plot but I don't think I'll continue with the series.
Roll 82 for #Roll100
I have been wooed away from my current reads by this library hold that just came in.
I‘m sitting outside guarding the open garage from our little tween neighborhood destroyers while my husband waters the yard. This sentence sounds strange as a write it. Basically we have a group of young people, boys mostly, that have started becoming a nuisance. Also, it‘s only April and we already have to water. 😳
What a fantastic debut. I‘m keeping my fingers crossed that Ms Murphy continues this as a series. Ma‘am, you need to stay off all social media and bring us further adventures featuring Amelia and Andrew, Jonas and Sidney. Gilded age New York needs them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
