I loved Sarah, the heroine, on impact and grew fiercely protective of her, which left me worried I'd hate the story. Her love interest, Abe, is so awful in the opening scene that I didn't see how Singh could redeem him. But--guessable spoiler--she DOES! Abe takes responsibility and becomes someone worthy of Sarah the Intensely Awesome, and this emerged as my favourite of the Rock Kiss books. What a fabulous series conclusion! #romantsy
I used to track my reading via an excellent, thorough spreadsheet a friend designed, but I constantly fell behind on updating. Around September, I realized I just didn't have it in me anymore.
So I have no clue what my actual 2017 stats are, beyond that I read 260+ non-X-Men titles, mostly women, and mostly POC.
My happiness planner has a cute notebook section in the back, so I'll use that to keep a simple paper list for 2018.
I logged some time on my Vancouver puzzle while I listened to ROCK WEDDING. The book's wonderful so far. #audiopuzzling #romantsy
I've been hooked since the lead singer shacked up with a librarian. (Im a librarian in real life).
This was a perfect ending to a sexy and sweet series! Happy to read that all band members found their sexy true loves.
I spent some time this week updating my #Goodreads to help my #cupidgoespostal match - I've never actually gotten around to noting which books I own before! I did a big purge before we sold our house, so I'm finally current on my Goodreads. I've got pretty widespread reading interests, so I'm game for anything! I'm also waiting for my Amazon order for my match, can't wait to send that out!!! 💜📚
